The “Chef’s Jam” line-up has officially dropped! Chefs Dean and Arte will be joined by Davide Sannia of Agua, Ervin Horvath of Agave, Chef on Call Thomas Tennant, and restaurateur, television host, and writer Dylan Benoit. Enjoy a five-course menu, with each course crafted by a different chef—bringing together artistry and indulgence, playful creativity and unexpected twists. Welcome drinks and canapés to start in the garden. CI$ 150 per person (plus grats).

Embark on a tasting tour of the Southern Hemisphere’s finest vineyards. From the crisp, vibrant sauvignon blancs of Marlborough to the rich chardonnays of Western Australia’s Perth Hills, this is a celebration of bold varietals and diverse terroirs. Sip elegant pinot noir from Central Otago, savour powerful cabernet from Coonawarra, and finish with the iconic shiraz of Barossa. Each wine will be perfectly paired with seasonal canapés from Chef Arte for a flavourful, regional experience. CI$ 65 per person (plus grats).
