The wait is over! Your favourite farm-to-table restaurant reopens today. Join us from 11:30am until 10pm, Monday to Friday, for a fresh fall menu of daily lunch and dinner specials. Don’t forget Happy Hour daily from 4pm to 8pm with selected cocktails starting at CI$ 6 and CI$ 1 Grilled Cheese, Arancini and Chicken Wings. The Caboose reopens today with a bold, Caribbean-inspired menu crafted by Chef Lookie. Drawing on her Jamaican roots and global influences, she transforms humble ingredients into extraordinary flavours. We’re popping the cork on Pinotage, a proudly South African invention and the perfect braai pairing.
