A Vegan Feast for the Senses

Vibrant flavours, colours, and textures define this immersive celebration of plant-based cuisine. Guided by Chef Dean Max in collaboration with The Club, relish a seasonal harvest prepared with thoughtful craftsmanship. Begin with a garden cocktail reception, welcome drink and canapés among the greenery, followed by a five-course vegan feast. CI$ 90 per person (plus grats). To celebrate Earth Day, join Culinary Gardener Aide in The Brasserie Garden for a hands-on session about growing your own greens at home. Discover easy, eco-friendly ways to raise microgreens and herbs that bring fresh flavour to everyday cooking. Order lunch online from the Market in advance or grab a meal from the Caboose or The Brasserie (no outside food), then relax and enjoy an inspiring lunchtime workshop surrounded by nature. Small, sustainable habits can create meaningful change.

Earth Day: Free Trees, Coffee and Compost

Take home a tree this Earth Day and help grow a greener future. We’re giving away free trees in reusable coffee bags – an easy and meaningful way to make a lasting impact. Bring your reusable coffee cup (non-paper cups only) and enjoy a free drip coffee at the Market as a thank-you for reducing waste. You can also pick up compost-ready bags filled with coffee grounds, eggshells and ashes, or grab an empty one to repurpose in your own creative way.
