This July, The Caboose welcomes two of Cayman’s celebrated chefs, Thomas Tennant of Chef’s On Call and Cayman Peppa, and Sara Mair-Doak of Cooking N Tings Consulting and Smokies BBQ Smokehouse. Discover exclusive Cayman-inspired dishes that celebrate the island’s rich flavours, culture, and locally sourced ingredients.

Visit The Caboose to experience these limited-time guest chef creations, available throughout July.

SWIRL: Taste the Andes

The Plastic Detox: Dinner & Documentary Screening

The Club at Cricket Square invites you to an inspiring evening in support of Plastic Free July.

Hosted in The Brasserie Patio Room, the experience begins with a welcome drink, followed by a two-course dinner and a screening of The Plastic Detox — a thought-provoking documentary exploring the impact of plastic on our health, our environment, and the choices we can make to create a more sustainable future.  CI$45 per person (plus gratuities).  Reservations are essential as seating is limited.
