The Club’s Transformation Challenge

Join The Club’s inclusive 8-week total wellness Challenge to kick off your 2025 health journey on the right foot. You will receive daily exercises, weekly nutrition guidance and professional support to help you stay motivated and inspired to reach your wellness goals. The programme also includes an initial biometrics session on Friday 17 January, 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm, and final biometrics on Friday 14 March, 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm.
