Christmas Eve Dinner

This Christmas Eve we invite you to gather your nearest and dearest for a joyous dinner and unwrap the magic of quality time at The Brasserie.  Join us for a festive three course feast using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.  Featuring all-natural turkey roulade with garden sorrel tartar and mushroom gravy and our famous Cayman Christmas cake with ‘Chateau Chooks’ eggnog cream pie. New Year’s Eve Dinner

Pop the champagne and enjoy a five-course feast featuring Cayman lobster and Royal Miyagi oysters with wine pairings from Master Sommelier, Simone Ragusa. Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is the perfect way to end the year. Bookings start from 5pm so you can be on the beach to watch the midnight fireworks. Limited à la carte available. Happy New Year! 5-10pm.
