“Tignanello vs Sassicaia” Wine Dinner

Join us for this exclusive five-course wine dinner led by Italian Master Sommelier Simone Ragusa, featuring two of the most expensive and highly sought-after investment wines in the world. These Super Tuscans use non-native Italian grapes to make age-worthy Bordeaux blends. Sassicaia is the only single estate in Italy with its own named denomination and the 1985 drop is Italy’s most expensive wine sold at over US$ 4000 a bottle. With 12 years of experience growing fruit and vegetables to supply The Brasserie’s kitchens, she will be sharing insider advice and tips on how to grow your own food and the best of Cayman’s edible plants. Earth Week Farmers Market

Shop our pop-up Farmer’s Market this Earth Week. Our farm team will showcase and sell homegrown local products outside of the Brasserie Restaurant, including Chateau Chook eggs, fruit and vegetable seedlings, Brasserie beeswax products and fresh produce from our Garden. Buy a seedling and plant a tree this Earth Day! 11:30am-1:30pm, outside The Market.

Free Barrington Drip Coffee

Go greener at The Market this Earth Week and help us to reduce waste. Bring a clean reusable cup to The Market and we’ll fill it with free Barrington drip coffee, all day on Wednesday 24 April only. Barrington Coffee is an artisan small batch roastery that uses environmentally sustainable methods, and roasts and ships beans weekly.

Parés Baltà: Organic & Biodynamic Wine Tasting

Join us for a unique SWIRL in collaboration with Parés Baltà winery to bring you the best of Spain’s organic and biodynamic wines. Sourced from the regions of Priorat, Ribera del duero, Penedès and Catalonia, these exceptional wines are the product of three generations of dedication to organic and biodynamic agriculture. Master Sommelier, Simone Ragusa will guide you through the five tastings with delicious canapés from our Chef de Cuisine Artemio Lopez. 5:30-7pm. CI$ 65 per person (plus grats). Community Event: Night Club

Join The Club for its second annual Night Club event. Enjoy happy hour from 5-7pm, followed by a live DJ from 7-9pm in the Yoga Garden. Cinco de Mayo Happy Hour

It’s a Fiesta! Chef Artemio Lopez and his team are bringing the flavours of Mexico to The Caboose for Cinco de Mayo. Our Happy Hour Fiesta will feature street food favourites including tacos, street corn and traditional Mexican sweets. Drinks specials include spicy tamarind and seasonal margaritas and our Garden mint mojito. Join us for a taste of authentic Mexican street-food specials, drinks specials and live music.
