December Harvest Dinner

Our Harvest Dinner series is back! Kick off the season with a Cayman Thanksgiving-inspired family-style feast under the stars hosted by The Brasserie’s talented Chef Artemio Lopez and Chef Dean Max. Enjoy a welcome cocktail and canapés on arrival in the garden, followed by a three-course menu of seasonal classics reinvented with fresh local ingredients and Brasserie flair. Christmas Eve Dinner

The holiday season is full of fun distractions. Let us cook your Christmas Eve dinner so that you can enjoy the festivities with family and friends. Indulge in three courses with menu items including chicken liver pate brûlé, roasted chestnut soup, beef with Cayman lobster béarnaise sauce, and Caribbean Christmas cake with ‘Coco Bluff’ coconut eggnog ice cream and garden sorrel jam.
